Are payments through Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Order accepted?
Yes. You can make the DD or Cheque in favour of "Stack Online Retailer Pvt. Ltd." payable at par in Delhi-NCR and send it to us at the address given below:

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. We accept cheques which are payable "at par" at Delhi-NCR.
Do make sure that your item is NOT shown as Out of Stock on ToyTango.com before you send us your payment.
If the value of your order is less than Rs.200, add Rs.50 as shipping charges. We will process your order upon receiving your payment and your item(s) will be couriered to you, or sent by Government Registered Post if there is no Courier Service operational in your area.
Enclose a covering letter with the details of your product, your Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Kindly also send us an email informing us that you have sent your DD/Cheque. It will help us process your order quicker.
For payments through Money Orders, send them to the address mentioned above. Please intimate us in advance before sending the Money Order.

How much are the shipping charges?
ToyTango.com provides free shipping on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs.200. Otherwise Rs.50 is charged as shipping charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery varies for different items and is mentioned on every page. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
Mentioned as In Stock: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be the time specified. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-3 weeks depending on the location. Some items have to be imported from outside India and can take 10 or more business days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at ToyTango.com.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no reputed courier service available in your area, we will ship your order via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
What about hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices (all taxes included).
Do you deliver to locations outside India?
We do not deliver to locations outside India.
Cancellation & Returns
What should I do if I receive a defective/damaged item from ToyTango.com?
We have a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. In case of any manufacturing defects or product damages, please inform us within 30 days from the date of delivery using our Contact Us form. We will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
How do I Cancel an Order on ToyTango.com? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on ToyTango.com?
For outright Cancellations by you:
If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered: Inform us about the same using our Contact Us form and we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs).
2. If you've received the product: It will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
